Job summary

Baptist Health in Madisonville, KY is seeking a Revenue Cycle Specialist to develop and maintain reimbursement models for hospital and physician services. The role supports managed care negotiations and denial management while forecasting financial profitability.

The successful candidate will have a BS or equivalent in a related field and at least 3 years of Revenue Cycle experience in a multi-dimensional healthcare environment, with experience in BI/Analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum BS or equivalent degree in Finance, Management, IT, Statistics or related field.
• Knowledge and experience with Revenue Cycle and BI/Analytics tools such as payment modeling, auditing and denial management.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Revenue Cycle operations and/or Revenue Cycle analytics in a multi-dimensional healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate reimbursement models for hospital and physician services in support of managed care negotiations, payment auditing, denial management and profitability forecasting.
• Support forecasting of financial profitability through revenue cycle analytics and performance insights.
