Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Architect to lead revenue cycle implementations and partner with customers and solution consultants to design effective strategies for scalable, high-quality outcomes.

You will chair cross-functional teams, tailor workflow and technical design, articulate operational and financial impacts to executives, and drive testing, go-live planning, and post-deployment optimization across venues.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Oracle and customer teams to implement workflow improvements.
• Facilitate discussions during implementation, considering upstream and downstream impacts.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle leadership to design best-practice workflows and maximize performance.
• Drive RevCycle testing strategies and guide test script development for better outcomes.
• Advise on go-live strategies and establish stability meetings.
• Track revenue cycle metrics and monitor go-live readiness.
• Lead clinically driven revenue cycle conversations across venues.
• Identify risks, drive mitigation plans, and communicate with leadership.
• Serve as main point of contact for customers and Oracle leadership on escalations.
• Define financial metrics and KPIs with CIO/CFO; participate in AR planning.
• Apply Oracle methodology and industry best practices across delivery.
• Contribute to business development and maintain product knowledge.
• Provide feedback and mentor team members to improve Revenue Cycle Architect community.
