Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional Oracle and customer teams to implement workflow and process improvements.
• Facilitate integrated discussion topics during implementation projects, considering upstream and downstream impacts.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle leadership and consulting teams to design best‑practice workflows and maximize performance.
• Drive RevCycle testing strategies and advise on test scripts to maximize financial outcomes.
• Consult on go‑live strategies, including charge conversion, claims release, and stability meetings.
• Track revenue cycle metrics to identify bottlenecks and ensure turnover readiness.
• Lead clinically driven revenue cycle discussions across venues.
• Identify risks, drive mitigation plans, and communicate with leadership and stakeholders.
• Serve as main point of contact for customer and Oracle revenue cycle leadership to manage escalations.
• Define financial metrics, KPIs, and reporting prior to conversion; participate in legacy AR planning.
• Apply Oracle methodology and industry-leading practices across all project phases.
• Participate in business development and maintain current industry knowledge.
• Provide measurable feedback and mentor team members for continuous improvement.
