Nira Medical in Florida seeks a Revenue Cycle Specialist to support billing, collections, and revenue recognition within clinical research. You will partner with Clinical Operations, Finance, and Accounting to ensure accurate billing and timely collections.

As the organization grows, the role may expand to additional revenue cycle functions, including claims processing and reimbursement support, while improving workflows and reporting through technology.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management or related fields.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including complex formulas and data analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Cycle & Financial Operations
• Prepare, submit, and manage sponsor invoices based on contracts and budgets
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
• Manage high-volume email communication with sponsors and internal stakeholders
• Reconcile sponsor payments to bank deposits and investigate discrepancies
• Assist with revenue journal entries and month-end close documentation
• Maintain billing records within CRIO and other systems
