Clarvida is seeking a Revenue Cycle Operations Analyst in California to analyze front-end revenue cycle workflows, verify eligibility, manage authorizations, and support billing readiness across programs.

You will develop procedures, monitor KPIs, present findings to leadership, and train staff on payer requirements and financial clearance. Travel up to 30% may be required; remote/hybrid work available for CA residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in healthcare administration, business, finance, accounting, analytics, public health, or related field.
• Minimum three years of revenue cycle, billing operations, financial clearance, or related analytics experience.
• Experience interpreting Medi-Cal, Medi-Medi, commercial payer, eligibility, authorization, Share of Cost, and claim readiness requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

• Analyze front-end revenue cycle workflows, eligibility verification, financial clearance, and billing readiness across programs.
• Interpret payer requirements and provide operational guidance.
• Develop and maintain revenue cycle procedures, controls, and best practices for compliant operations.
• Prioritize issues, identify risks, and coordinate corrective actions with leadership.
• Review billing errors and trends to identify root causes and improvements.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and operational reports.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Train staff on payer requirements, eligibility, financial clearance, and billing readiness standards.
