Job summary

Keck Hospital of USC is seeking a Manager for Revenue Cycle Integration & Performance to lead operational performance, training integration, and data analytics to improve efficiency, quality, and financial outcomes. Qualifications

• High School or equivalent
• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance or related field
• Master’s degree preferred
• 5 years Experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or patient access with project management and/or major impact project
• 5 years Leadership, supervisory, or project management experience
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle operations including registration, billing, denials, and payer processes
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable operational improvements
• Experience with performance improvement methodologies and workflow optimization
• Advanced organizational and project management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across departments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data/reporting tools
• Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire and maintained by renewal before expiration date. (Required within LA City only).

Responsibilities

• Operates and leads performance improvement initiatives across Patient Access and Revenue Cycle
• Evaluates workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
• Leads cross-functional process improvement projects to enhance quality and financial outcomes
• Ensures compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices
• Coordinates training programs and staff development across departments
• Analyzes data to identify trends and develops dashboards and reports for leadership
• Manages projects with timelines, scope, and measurable deliverables
• Tracks outcomes and sustains improvements over time
• Serves as liaison between Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, Quality, IT, and operations
• Supports strategic initiatives including denials prevention, payer performance, and workflow optimization
• Prepares reports and leadership updates; drives accountability and follow-through
