Jefferson Health in Montgomery County, PA, is seeking a Revenue Cycle Representative II to ensure proper handling and reconciliation of payments across the Jefferson Revenue Cycle Enterprise. You will work with Payment Representatives, Accounting and Finance to investigate and resolve cash processing issues and ensure accuracy of postings.

The role requires strong Excel and Access skills, familiarity with payor portals, and the ability to maintain QA standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED; strong MS Excel and Access
• Proficient in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office; ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organizational skills
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business; knowledge of Epic and EDI

Responsabilidades

• Identify and resolve payment issues through research and investigation.
• Review explanation of benefits to confirm payments were applied correctly.
• Interact with third-party payors or payor portals for information.
• Post payments and adjustments per third-party regulations; ensure AR accuracy.
• Reconcile cash records with payment batches; ensure timely posting and closure.
