Job Description: RCM Specialist Orthodontic
Pay Range: $19 - $23/hr to start
Status: Full Time / Hourly Non-Exempt

Outcome of the Role
The RCM Specialist Orthodontic is responsible for working independently and as part of a team to contribute to the success of the Revenue Cycle Management department. The main objective is to maximize cash flow while maintaining and improving internal and external efficiencies and ensuring compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. This role aligns with Hero's Core Values.

Physical Requirements
This position requires a full range of body motion. The employee must regularly sit, walk, and stand; talk and hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to handle, feel, or operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Salary and Benefits
This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position with competitive compensation and benefits packages.
