Option Care Health, Inc. is the nation’s largest home and alternate site infusion services provider. This role handles timely, accurate submission of invoices, evaluation of payments, and follow-up with payers to ensure timely reimbursement.

Applicants must reside in the Eastern Time Zone. The starting target pay range is $20-22/hr. Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills are required; infusion reimbursement or intake experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0 - 6 months experience in Infusion Reimbursement or Intake/Admissions.

Responsibilities

• Submit timely invoices to payer for products and services.
• Understand contract terms and fee schedules for invoiced contracts.
• Verify quantities and prices for drugs billed.
• Ensure required documentation is on file for invoices.
• Apply payments accurately to patient accounts and follow up on denials within 48 hours.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and comply with policies.
