Job Title: Revenue Cycle Manager (Remote)

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay Type: Hourly

Work Schedule: M-F

Aligned Vision Behavior is growing! We are looking to add a full-time Revenue Cycle Manager to our fully remote team who is comfortable owning the billing and credentialing process for our small, but growing organization while also leading client intakes and working closely with the Clinical Director and Clinical Operations Manager.

Who We Are:

Aligned Vision Behavior (AVB) is on a mission to provide quality in-home ABA services to clients aged 1 to 21 years old in order to increase skills and reduce behaviors that have been negatively impacting success. We focus on nurturing a collaborative approach between family members, teachers, parents, and providers to ensure sustainability outside of therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn existing billing processes in Rethink Behavioral Health
  • Manage the client intake process for new and returning clients
  • Manage initial credentialing processes with new providers
  • Maintenance of credentialing requirements
  • Support out-of-network and out-of-pocket/private pay clients
  • Track status of payments, reconcile payments, and follow up on billing errors and issues
  • Research and resolve denied claims
  • Assist with patient collection, send patient statements, and follow up
  • Assist in preparing weekly reports to management summarizing billing activity (claims submitted, claims denied, remittance received, etc.)
  • Manage re-credentialing for all providers
  • Assist in preparing weekly reports to management summarizing billing activity (claims submitted, claims denied, remittance received, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Currently possess a CPCS, CCA, CPC, and/or CPB or a strong interest in obtaining such certifications during employment
  • Familiar with G-Suite products
  • Experience managing contracts
  • Experience with medical billing and coding in the behavioral health industry is preferred
  • Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations
  • Basic knowledge or interest in the behavioral health industry is preferred
  • Experience in managing record-keeping and tracking systems
  • Experience with medical claims processing
  • Experience with medical credentialing
  • Experience working with insurance companies
