Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 5+ years Revenue Cycle Supervisory experience.
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or other professional billing certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor external billing vendor performance using KPI's.
• Track Days in Accounts Receivable, Net Collection Rate, clean claim rates, and denial rates.
• Audit vendor submitted claims and payment postings.
• Work with the billing vendor to improve processes and maximize collections.
• Identify areas for improvement in Accounts Receivable management.
• Review claim rejections/denials to ensure timely payment.
