Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with practices and function as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day issues and projects.
• Supervise staff, set priorities, assign work, and provide guidance and performance feedback.
• Analyze financial reports, fee schedules, payor trends, and A/R metrics to identify variances and opportunities.
• Review outstanding accounts receivable to maintain minimal open balances and ensure timely reporting.
