Responsibilities include coordinating with departments, handling high-level account resolutions, and ensuring compliance with CMS and Medicare cost reporting requirements. Strong leadership and healthcare billing expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of large mainframe computerized information systems and PC systems.
• 4 years' transplant experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of physician and hospital billing practices, coding, and Medicare cost reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day System business office operations and staff.
• Monitor billing accuracy, cash posting, adjustments, and collections across the INTEGRIS Health system.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate information for account resolution.
• Recommend and obtain approvals for special settlements on accounts.
• Manage supervisor staff including hiring, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• For NZTI: assist providers with billing, coding, and cost reporting, and ensure CMS compliance.
