Millcreek Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager to oversee the daily revenue cycle and business office operations. This role manages billing, collections, accounts receivable, cash posting, and staff performance to ensure strong financial results and payor compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• 2+ years of healthcare business office or revenue cycle experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of billing, collections, accounts receivable, and revenue cycle management; behavioral health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor key revenue cycle metrics (cash collections, A/R, denials, unbilled accounts).
• Oversee billing, collections, cash posting, and reimbursement activities.
• Lead, train, and develop business office staff.
• Partner with Admissions, Utilization Review, and leadership teams to ensure proper insurance authorization and compliance.
• Manage third-party collection agencies and resolve reimbursement issues with payors.
• Analyze reports, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
