What Will You Do in This Role?

This is a full-time remote role for a Revenue Cycle Manager. The Revenue Cycle Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of revenue cycle processes for our CFG facilities, including managing denials, reporting updates to leadership, cash flow, and process improvement. The role involves ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining compliance with managed care policies, private pay, and optimizing revenue. Additionally, the manager will analyze financial data to spot trends and improve revenue streams.

Do You Have What It Takes?

  • Experience in SNF or Senior Living is required
  • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
  • Revenue Cycle Management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance or a related field preferred
  • Experience managing denials and Private Pay
  • Knowledge of Managed Care policies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
