Job summary

O2 Technologies,Inc seeks a Senior Revenue Cycle Leader to optimize patient access, HIM, coding, billing and A/R processes for a health system. You will drive end-to-end revenue cycle improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with executives to translate data into strategic actions.

The role requires deep knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare, payer management, and experience with Epic Revenue Cycle modules; strong communication and change-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Health Information Management; Master's preferred.
• Experience in hospital or health system revenue cycle operations and Medicaid/Medicare programs is desirable.
• Ability to analyze data and drive process improvements across the revenue cycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Manage patient access, scheduling, and HIM/coding workflows.
• Optimize billing and claims processing to maximize reimbursements.
• Monitor Medicaid/Medicare reimbursements and payer mix.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls.
• Communicate with executives and stakeholders.
• Lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
