Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; 3 years clerical, coordination, or administrative support.
• Experience with learning management systems, surveys, or evaluation software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new technology.
• Ability to prioritize, problem solve, and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, evaluates, and manages educational programs (pre and post) and procedures within the department, including scheduling, requests, LMS usage, and documentation.
• Liaises with multiple departments to communicate educational program needs and ensure alignment across the network.
• Manages security access for applications related to student education outcomes and program data.
• Uses multiple computer programs to collect, analyze, evaluate, and report on educational program data and success.
• Posts information about educational programs on departmental webpages and other network sites; coordinates team communications.
• Keeps abreast of new technologies for project management and help desk software applied to educational planning and events.
