Qualifications

• Required- High school or equivalent; Minimum of ten (10) years managerial experience in the Revenue Cycle space, including but not limited to Patient Access and Patient financial services.
• Preferred- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or similar field.

Responsibilities

• Fiscal and Operation Performance: develop and drive a program in cooperation with the VP Revenue Cycle monitoring performance by volumes, referrals and trends.
• Quality: Quality and Service Excellence initiatives, process improvement, and staffing; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Delegating tasks to Director, Managers/Supervisors and monitoring daily operation; liaison between employees and upper management.
• Service Delivery: shape patient experience via optimized service delivery and improve registration metrics and patient satisfaction.
• Planning/Vision Provides vision, forward thinking and strategic planning in a proactive manner while being open-minded and creative in establishing a strategic direction.
• Customer Service: maintain a respectful work environment and promote patient and family centered care.
