Cogdell Memorial Hospital is seeking a motivated professional to manage the foundation applications used in revenue cycle operations and to guide the Revenue Cycle Management team. You will ensure compliant operations, liaise with customers, and drive initiatives to improve processes across the organization.

The role requires a health care environment understanding and prior exposure to revenue cycle activities; strong collaboration with coworkers, managers, and external partners is essential

GENERAL

Position Overview

Responsible for all the foundation applications utilized within the revenue cycle operations. Assists with providing focus and direction to the activities of the Revenue Cycle Management team by providing analysis, monitoring operations and/or developing and maintaining the systems utilized in patient accounting operations. Acts as liaison between internal and external customers involved with revenue cycle management. Oversees training and education required on the computer systems, policies and procedures with regard to revenue cycle activities. Ensures compliant revenue cycle operations. Manages, coordinates and champions multiple revenue cycle initiatives across the organization to improve processes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education

High school graduate or equivalent.

Experience

Previous experience with revenue cycle operations preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Thorough understanding of a health care environment. Ability to work both collaboratively and independently on various tasks as well as an affinity for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and external partners.
