- Prepare and present concise summaries of monitoring outcomes to Compliance and operational leadership

- Experience auditing and monitoring credit balance resolution accuracy and claims data
- Proficiency in using systems such as EPIC, Meditech, and Cerner
- Significant knowledge of hospital Revenue Cycle processes, including patient access, billing, and collections
- Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights
- Strong understanding of Federal and State regulations and industry standards for healthcare
