• Proficient in EHR systems and related documentation.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Independently verify patient insurance eligibility in Epic and update demographics.
• Review and edit claims before submission to clearinghouse.
• Research denial reasons and resolve claim issues per payor rules.
• Provide CRM support and manage WQs.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
