Job summary

MOGEL is partnering with a Gilbert, AZ-based healthcare technology organization to hire a Billing Specialist focused on claims, denials, and payer follow-up. This is a full-time, hybrid role with onsite days and one remote day per week.

You will submit and rebill insurance claims, resolve denials, research payer guidelines, and update EMR patient information. The position pays $24–$27 per hour with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Healthcare billing/claims experience preferred.
• Experience with denials, adjustments and remittance research.
• Knowledge of payer workflows and guidelines.
• Professional, detail-oriented and metrics-driven in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Submit and rebill insurance claims.
• Work denials and rejections to resolution.
