Job summary

Campbell County Health in Gillette, WY seeks a Revenue Cycle Analyst to monitor performance indicators, payer trends, denials, and revenue cycle metrics. You will partner with Finance, HIM, Patient Financial Services, IT, and clinical leadership to improve billing accuracy, charge capture, and regulatory compliance.

The role prepares routine and ad hoc reports, analyzes financial data, and supports cash flow and accounts receivable reporting while maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare administration, health information management, business, finance, or related field preferred.
• Three years of hospital or healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Experience in revenue cycle, reimbursement, billing, coding, or financial analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor reimbursement and revenue cycle data, identify trends and variances.
• Prepare daily to ad hoc revenue cycle reports for leadership.
• Analyze payer contracts and reimbursement methodologies to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance, HIM, PFS, IT, and departmental leadership to support billing accuracy.
