Job description

The Revenue Cycle Analyst, Integration serves as a key support member of the RCM Integration Team, monitoring Due Diligence and Integration activities. This role focuses on identifying opportunities to improve project management processes during the integration of Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) into USPI. The Analyst will assist with documentation, task management, and the use of project management tools to ensure seamless integration.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the RCM Integration Team in monitoring integration project status and assisting with milestone tracking and completion.
  • Document agendas and minutes for both internal and center leadership integration meetings.
  • Actively participate in integration onboarding activities, including calls, meetings, and on-site visits.
  • Develop and validate recommendations regarding application stacks, staffing transitions, standard vendor adoption, and Central Business Office (CBO) services.
  • Collaborate with USPI Development and Revenue Cycle leadership to maintain transparent communication regarding integration activities.
  • Engage with external vendors to support integration-related tasks.
  • Analyze metrics and identify trends to enhance the efficiency and success of Revenue Cycle integration processes.
  • Assist RCM Performance Directors and Managers with Due Diligence report analysis as needed.
  • Perform additional duties and projects assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations or a related field (ASC operational experience preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
  • Familiarity with Project Management tools (e.g., Project Workspace, MS Project, Salesforce) preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

Compensation:

  • Pay: $49,712 - $79,664 annually. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience.
  • Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.
