Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years analytical experience in finance, claims, or billing preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and advanced Excel.
• Able to communicate analyses to management with impact.

Responsabilités

• Create advanced Excel reports and models showing reimbursements and trends.
• Extract data from AS400/SQL databases and use Power BI for insights.
• Address payer rejections and denials with cross‑department collaboration.
• Present findings clearly and drive process improvements.
• Build relationships with payers and clearinghouses to resolve issues.
• Quantify impact of new payer contracts and billing changes.
• Manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines and follow‑ups.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and assess department processes for accuracy.
• Contribute to accounts receivable management.
