Description

This resource will primarily handle their HB Claims space and some PB. They will support payer plan work, optimizations, enhancements, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels, and good time management skills.

Position Description: Summary

The Application Solutions Analyst develops, implements, and supports clinical enterprise applications and departmental applications.

Responsibilities

  1. Interact directly with management and users to analyze and specify clinical application requirements and workflows, and make system recommendations.
  2. Assist with problem solving, testing, and documentation of clinical systems.
  3. Serve as a bridge between IT and Hospital Operations.
  4. Develop and maintain configuration decisions and workflow documents.
  5. Assist with data analysis (conversion, analytics, quality, root cause).
  6. Attend meetings and be accountable for assigned action items.
  7. Participate in the evaluation of project team members and students as needed.
  8. Perform other duties as required.

Technical Expertise

  1. Experience in system configuration and clinical/business systems analysis and design is preferred.
  2. Experience with electronic medical records, clinical systems, database administration/design, business applications, project management, or IT is preferred.
  3. Strong organizational, analysis, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  4. Experience working with all organizational levels is required.
  5. Ability to work independently and in interdisciplinary teams.
  6. Healthcare experience is preferred.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is required.

Education and Experience

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  2. 6 years of relevant experience required with a High School diploma; 4 years with an Associate's degree, and 2 additional years if holding a Bachelor's degree.

  • Remote work with some travel for medicals, onboarding, and Epic visits (travel costs not covered).

  • Locations: Florida (multiple cities), Georgia, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia.
  • States not approved: Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Carolina.
  • Experience Level: Intermediate.
  • Pay range: $69,000 - $109,928 annually.
  • PTO: 23 days.
  • This is a fully remote position.
