Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Revenue and Cost Accounting Manager to lead revenue, cost and asset accounting for the GC Packaging team. You will oversee inventory accuracy, drive reporting quality and partner with supply chain and operations to optimize performance.

The role requires strong experience with QuickBooks, Visual, D365 and Oracle Suite, plus a proactive, collaborative approach and a commitment to process improvements that scale with Fanatics’ growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification preferred but not required.
• Experience in revenue, cost, and asset management accounting with a focus on inventory management.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Visual, D365 and Oracle Suite.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue recognition in compliance with standards.
• Analyze sales transactions for accurate revenue reporting.
• Monitor revenue trends and provide actionable insights.
• Perform detailed cost accounting to support pricing and profitability.
• Manage inventory accounting, audits, and controls.
• Maintain asset records and depreciation schedules.
• Prepare financial reports for the Controller.
