KBR is seeking a Senior Manager, Controls and Revenue to lead internal control oversight with a focus on revenue recognition and SOX compliance. You will coordinate with Accounting, Finance, Revenue Operations, Legal, and auditors to strengthen governance, risk management, and compliance across the organization.

You will guide control design, assess risk, and mentor a team of audit and compliance professionals in a fast-paced environment, reporting to the VP of Internal Audit.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 12+ years in internal audit, accounting, external audit, internal controls, SOX, financial reporting, or related function.
• 3+ years of people management or leadership experience.
• Experience evaluating and testing internal controls over financial reporting.
• Experience with revenue-related processes, financial reporting, and compliance in complex organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead revenue-related risk assessments and controls to ensure U.S. GAAP compliance and robust control environments.
• Oversee SOX compliance activities, including risk assessments, control evaluations, deficiency remediation, and monitoring of controls over financial reporting.
• Partner with Internal Audit leadership to execute risk-based audit plans focused on financial reporting and revenue processes.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Revenue Operations, Legal, and external auditors to address complex control and compliance matters.
• Drive initiatives to improve control effectiveness, audit efficiency, and governance across the organization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop audit and compliance professionals, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
