Core Hours: 9 AM - 1 PM PST / 12 - 4 PM EST

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Revenue Contracts Analyst to join our accounting team. In this role, you will collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to review customer contracts, ensure all commercial and legal terms are accurate and compliant, validate supporting documentation, and track contract renewals. This role will serve as a crucial checkpoint in the contract lifecycle, ensuring smooth deal execution and timely renewals.

We’re seeking someone with a background in contract management, legal operations, or sales operations. If you're experienced in revenue contracts and looking to support a fast-growing company, this role is for you.

Please note: This is apart-time, 3-month temporary role.

What You'll Do

  • Contract Review & Validation
      • Review incoming customer contracts for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with standard terms.
      • Ensure that all required supporting documentation (e.g., order forms, pricing terms, legal exhibits) is included with the contracts.
      • Collaborate with the sales, legal, and finance teams to resolve contract discrepancies or incomplete submissions.
    Terms & Compliance Monitoring
      • Ensure contracts comply with approved commercial guidelines and legal risk parameters.
      • Identify and flag non-standard terms for internal review and approval according to company escalation policies.
      • Maintain version control and contract summaries in the contract repository or CRM to ensure accuracy.
    Renewals Tracking & Support
      • Track contract end dates, renewal clauses, and notice periods in a centralized tracking system.
      • Partner with account managers and customer success teams to initiate timely renewal conversations.
      • Provide visibility into upcoming renewals and expiring agreements through dashboards and reports.

You’ll Be Successful in This Role if You Have/Are

  • 5+ years of experience in contract management, deal desk, sales operations, or legal support.
  • Familiarity with contracts for performance advertising platforms, insertion orders, and common deal structures.
  • Experience using CRM and contract management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Ironclad, DocuSign, Conga).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to review contracts thoroughly.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.

You May Also Have

  • Experience supporting a fast-paced sales or revenue organization.
  • Understanding of revenue recognition and quote-to-cash workflows.
  • Comfort working independently with minimal supervision.
