The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2-3 years' experience, preferably in a SaaS environment. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, the Revenue Compensation Analyst will support the administration and analysis of Spring Health's global revenue compensation programs. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, and People teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant compensation plan execution. By combining strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and process optimization, you will help maintain fair, transparent, and effective compensation programs as Spring Health continues to grow. This is a full-time remote position on our team that may require occasional travel for in-person events.
The target base salary range for this position is $66,500 - $82,100 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
