King County in Washington state is seeking a detail-oriented Office Support Associate to process property tax payments and maintain accurate records. The role operates in-office with emphasis on data entry, reconciliation, and customer service across multiple teams.
Responsibilities include opening mail, posting payments, updating name/address changes, and assisting cashiers and revenue collections with timely processing.
This position is Non-Exempt from the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act and is therefore is overtime eligible. Employees are paid on a bi-weekly schedule, every other Thursday, comprising of 35 hour workweek; 7 to 8 hours shifts within the hours of 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. This position is represented by Teamsters 117.
The work associated with this position will primarily be 100% in office.
Employees must reside in Washington state and within a reasonable distance to their King County worksite to respond to workplace reporting requirements.
