Bally's Black Hawk Casino, part of Bally's Corporation, is seeking a detail-oriented Auditor to verify figures, reconcile reports, and maintain comprehensive audit records. The role supports Title 31 auditing and ensures compliance with internal controls.

Responsibilities include preparing daily journal entries, coordinating with audit supervisors on discrepancies, and producing audit reports per policy. This on-site Colorado position emphasizes accuracy and regulatory alignment.

Responsabilidades

• Verify accuracy and correctness of figures, calculations and postings against original documents.
• Receive casino-related Transaction Reports with supporting documents for Title 31 Auditor.
• Reconcile reports to supporting documents in accordance with established internal gaming controls and checklists.
• Issue Exception Reports for any instances of non-compliance with established internal controls.
• Coordinate with the lead audit clerk or Audit Supervisor concerning revenue discrepancies and proposed adjustments to be made to correct the same.
• Prepare daily recurring journal entries to record daily activity, as appropriate.
• Compile all reports pertaining to the daily audit operations and distribute/save in accordance with the distribution list/policy.
• Maintain complete audit records in an organized manner for proper record retention as per company policy.
• Files all documents and computer reports for future reference.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Reconciles reports to supporting documents in accordance with established internal gaming controls, as outlined on daily/weekly/monthly/annual checklists.
• Issues Exception Reports for any instances of non-compliance with established internal controls.
• Coordinates with the lead audit clerk or Audit Supervisor concerning revenue discrepancies and proposed adjustments to be made to correct the same.
• Prepares daily recurring journal entries to record daily activity, as appropriate.
