Job summary

GALE Hotels in Miami seeks an Income Auditor to review and reconcile daily revenue across condo hotel operations, ensuring accuracy of room, F&B, parking, taxes, and other income.

You will collaborate with Front Office, Reservations, F&B, and Accounting to maintain strong internal controls and timely reporting, with a focus on nightly and month-end reconciliations. The role supports month-end close and owner-related revenue activities.

Qualifications

• Previous income audit, night audit, or hotel accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with condo hotel, resort, or multi-entity hospitality operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of PMS and POS systems such as OPERA Cloud, Toast, Micros, or similar systems preferred.
• Strong understanding of hotel revenue, taxes, adjustments, deposits, and guest ledger activity.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with reports, reconciliations, and large amounts of daily data.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit daily revenue reports from PMS, POS, parking system, and other operating systems.
• Verify room, revenue, resort fees, no-show charges, cancellation fees, and other guest charges.
• Reconcile daily revenue between PMS, POS, credit card batches, cash deposits, and general ledger reports.
• Prepare and distribute the daily revenue report to management.
• Review and confirm owner-related revenue, deductions, fees, and adjustments for Rental Management Agreement units.
