The Revenue Auditor is responsible for reviewing and entering all revenue streams into control documents. Auditors will prepare reports for all areas of gaming operations to meet company and regulatory requirements. The Revenue Auditor demonstrates outstanding customer and employee relations at all times and maintains a neat and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Verify revenue streams from gaming operations such as Video Lottery Terminals, Slot-Jackpots, Table Games, Food and Beverage, Marketing, Main Cage, ATM/TRU Machines, and other departments.
• Issue exception reports for violations of company policies, procedures, Lottery regulations, and laws.
• Analyze data and create spreadsheets, ensuring compliance with policies and laws.
• Attend meetings and training sessions periodically.
• Audit shift reports across gaming operations.
• Audit the issuance, retention, and transmittal of regulatory forms like W2Gs, Suspicious Activity Reports (SARC), and Currency Transaction Reports (CTR).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Preferably two (2) years of related experience; an Associate Degree in Accounting or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum age of 21, high school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to obtain a gaming license.
• Must be able to work in an environment with alcohol and smoking.
• Ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by the Louisiana Gaming Control Board or other regulatory bodies.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, lift, and reach.
• Flexibility to work long hours, including weekends, holidays, and special events.
