Chinook Winds Casino Resort is seeking an Auditor to perform daily audits of records for revenue-generating departments to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies.
You will prepare manual and computer accounting records and reports, work with operating departments to verify data accuracy, and reconcile accounts. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, at least two years in accounting/bookkeeping, and pass required licensing.
Responsible for daily audits of records for assigned revenue generating departments to determine compliance with gaming regulations and company and departmental policies and procedures.
WORKERS IN THIS POSITION MUST BE 21 OR OLDER

High school diploma or GED.
AA degree in Accounting preferred.
Two years Accounting/Bookkeeping experience with exposure to a broad range of financial activities required.
Microsoft Office intermediate level in Microsoft Excel; intermediate level in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Critical thinking and analytical skills required.
Must pass an Excel skills test and Accounting competency test.
Must obtain a Siletz Tribal Gaming License.

Work will take place in an office environment with occasional exposure to a busy resort and gaming environment with multiple distractions. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate. Occasionally the work environment will be in locations exposed to smoke.
Conditions of employment include passing a pre-employment drug screen, a background investigation, and completing a 180-day introductory period.
