Qualifications

• Two years accounting/bookkeeping experience required.
• Must pass an Excel skills test and an Accounting competency test.
• Siletz Tribal Gaming License must be obtained.
• High school diploma or GED; AA degree in Accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audits daily records of assigned revenue generating departments.
• Determines compliance with gaming regulations and company/department policies and procedures.
• Prepares manual and computer accounting records and reports.
• Works with operating departments to ensure accuracy of accounting records.
• Reconciles assigned accounts.
• Prepares and inputs daily income journals.
• Prepares periodic reports of activities.
• Cross-trains other team members as appropriate.
