Job summary

Grand Casino Mille Lacs and Grand Casino Hinckley seek a Revenue Audit Supervisor to lead a team of auditors, ensuring accurate daily revenue reporting and strong internal controls across all casino venues.

The role combines hands-on auditing with supervision, coaching, and process improvement, reporting to the Revenue Audit Manager. Requires at least 2 years in auditing and proficiency with Excel/Word.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in auditing, accounting, or systems.
• Leadership: Previous supervision or training experience preferred.
• Systems: Experience with gaming, POS, hotel or inventory systems; proficient in Excel/Word.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Licensing: May need to secure a regulatory license as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Revenue Audit team, assign work, and support accurate reporting.
• Conduct daily revenue audits across all venues (Hotel, Tables, Bingo, POS, etc.).
• Oversee Daily Revenue Report accuracy and timeliness; manage journals and GL reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal controls.
• Maintain systems integrity for Gaming, POS, inventory, and hotel systems; support system improvements.
• Foster development and coaching of auditors; ensure staffing and coverage across properties.
