Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a Financial Analyst to examine financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision-making and financial planning, with a focus on the full order-to-cash cycle, accounts receivable, and revenue recognition in line with IFRS 15.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, and involves close collaboration with business units, month-end closes, balance sheet reconciliations, and participation in audits.

Qualifications

• Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in financial analysis or accounting roles.
• Completion of or working toward a CPA designation.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business units and provide excellent customer service.
• Close month-end and quarter-end closes with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Track and examine deferred maintenance, hardware, software, and revenue streams.
• Prepare information requests and respond during quarterly reviews and audits.
• Handle special projects and ad hoc reporting as required.
