Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant experience within the tech industry, with a combination of experience at an accounting / consulting practice and industry experience at a top‑tier tech company.
  • Accounting, Finance, Business and/or Operations Process Management degree (or equivalent experience or military experience) required. MBA and CPA or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience with M&A and process integration methodology, practical execution, business process and operational adoption, large‑scale data migration and conversion execution.
  • Experience in practical execution of large‑scale QTC transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of revenue operations and accounting (including sound knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606 and relevant internal controls) for an enterprise business across various business models including hardware, software, subscription, consumption / usage, and multiple go‑to‑market motions such as direct, distribution / resellers, marketplace, partnerships, etc.
  • Understanding of QTC process and systems that support and enable it including Master Data Management, Contract Lifecycle Management, Deals Desk, Configure‑Price‑Quote, Order Management, Invoicing, Cash Application, Credit & Collections, Returns, Revenue Recognition & Reporting.
  • Knowledge of processes enabled using SAP ERP (specifically SAP RAR, BRIM / SD and S/4 HANA), SFDC (preferably CRM and CPQ), Credit and Collections, and Cash Application tools such as High Radius and other bolt‑on solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong ability to tailor messaging to various audiences of different stakeholders within Business and IT.
  • Hands‑on and results‑oriented leader with a strong problem‑solving and action‑oriented mindset.
  • Intellectual curiosity, self‑starter, go‑getter and critical thinker.
