Job summary

Loma Linda University Health seeks a Financial Analyst 2-Revenue to deliver revenue analytics and data-driven insights for operational leaders in the United States.

The role involves collaboration with FP&A, Hospital Finance, Administration, Service Line Leadership, Managed Care, Contracting, Billing and Coding to identify opportunities to enhance revenue and improve performance, and to educate management on reimbursement considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree or financial relevant certification preferred.
• Minimum three years financial analysis or related experience required, or completion of LLUH Management Residency Program.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive revenue analytics and insights to support data-driven decisions by operational leaders.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Hospital Finance, Administration, Service Line Leadership, Managed Care, Contracting, Billing and Coding to identify revenue opportunities.
• Assist with payor performance analytics, contract modeling and reimbursement reporting; serve as internal advisor on revenue and reimbursement.
