Responsibilities

• Serves as the lead business and technical resource for revenue allocation methodologies and reporting.
• Oversees the administration, enhancement, and oversight of systems and processes used to allocate, distribute, reconcile, and report institutional revenues.
• Ensures revenue allocation methodologies are consistently applied across schools, divisions, and administrative units.
• Develops and maintains allocation models, business rules, system configurations, databases, reference tables and reporting tools.
• Ensures the integrity, reliability, and accessibility of allocation and financial reporting data.
• Serves as a key liaison between Finance, IT and other university stakeholders.
• Provides SME support for financial systems enhancements, reporting initiatives, process redesign, and strategic technology projects.
• Develops solutions to complex business and technical challenges while supporting operational excellence and institutional objectives.
