Job summary

Uber is seeking a Senior Manager to own and modernize the Revenue Accounting Platform, driving end-to-end data pipelines, subledger integrity, and reconciliation tooling. You will partner with FinTech, FinEng, and Accounting Operations to scale automation and close processes across Mobility, Delivery, Freight, and Ads.

You will lead a skilled team, shape the technology vision, and ensure robust controls and audit readiness while collaborating with product and finance stakeholders on strategic

Qualifications

• 8+ years in accounting, financial systems, or operations.
• 4+ years in Revenue Accounting or Revenue Systems leadership at a public company.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IS, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the Revenue Accounting Platform end-to-end, including subledger and data pipelines.
• Lead platform strategy and multi-year roadmap with cross-functional partners.
• Drive automation to reduce manual accounting and optimize close processes.
• Ensure IT general and application controls, supporting SOX audits.
• Collaborate with FinTech, FinEng, and Product as senior accounting liaison.
• Lead accounting systems workstreams for new launches and M&A integrations.
• Grow and develop a high-performing accounting systems team.
