SWBC is seeking a talented accounting professional to ensure GAAP compliance and lead revenue accounting operations. You will analyze processes for efficiency and accuracy, review financial reports with the corporate finance team, and mentor the revenue accounting staff to drive improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA preferred.
• Minimum six years of accounting and management experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience with IBM AS/400 preferred.
• Ability to communicate with senior management.
• Physical ability to lift 10–20 lbs and sit for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Review and post general ledger journal entries and supporting schedules.
• Prepare and review manual journal entries and reconciliations.
• Maintain accounting processes with strong internal controls.
• Test and implement new applications; coordinate IT change requests.
• Perform reconciliations, research support, and business analysis.
• Oversee subsidiary reporting and month-end close activities.
• Lead accounting team; manage time reporting and evaluations.
• Assist with audits and provide audit schedules and documentation.
• Ensure revenue recognition compliance and related analyses.
• Collaborate on system automation projects across departments.
• Maintain monthly close calendar for Revenue and AR duties.
