You will reconcile NetSuite and Salesforce data, review ASC 606 transactions, and assist with AR forecasting and process improvements. Hybrid work in Palo Alto, CA is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Working knowledge of US GAAP, familiarity with ASC 606 and SOX compliance requirements.

This hands-on contract opportunities is ideal for accounting professionals with experience in revenue accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and SOX controls who can contribute immediately in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare SOX control workbooks and audit-ready supporting documentation.
• Support month-end/quarter-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and revenue validations.
• Prepare AR and revenue schedules and ensure balances tie to the general ledger.
• Reconcile data across NetSuite and Salesforce; investigate discrepancies.
• Review revenue contracts and transactions in accordance with ASC 606.
• Support collections, AR forecasting, and related accounting activities.
• Assist with process improvements, special projects, and UAT as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-8+ years of relevant revenue accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP, with familiarity with ASC 606 and SOX compliance requirements.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas, data validation, and working with large data sets.
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce preferred.
• Public company and software/SaaS industry experience is a plus.
