Job summary

Momnt Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Accountant to join our finance team in Sandy Springs, GA.

The role focuses on data reconciliation, internal controls, and reporting processes, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of accounting experience, strong reconciliation skills, and proficiency with Excel (including VBA, pivot tables) and Word.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Experience with account reconciliation.
• The ideal candidate will be highly-skilled with exceptional analytical, quantitative and social skills.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Strong Excel and Word skills (Excel VBA, pivot tables, mail merge, etc.)
• Experience with loan servicing environments a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies between cash and transactional data.
• Maintain, implement, and adhere to internal controls.
• Organize and review various financial data, then report it in a manner that is useful and understandable.
• Monitor cash flow across payment processors, bank accounts, and servicing platforms to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Partner with servicing teams to resolve reconciliation exceptions and ticket escalations.
• Prepares ad hoc reports on a routine basis.
• Performs other duties as assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification.
