Strong audit background required.* Experience preparing journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close deliverables, and supporting schedules.* Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and reconcile large datasets.* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. **Nice to Haves:*** Experience in eCommerce, marketplace, logistics, fulfillment, SaaS, or technology-enabled services environments.* Experience supporting multiple revenue streams or complex customer arrangements.* Experience with Business Central (Dynamics 365) or similar ERP systems.* Experience participating in process transformation or accounting automation initiatives.* Prior involvement in IPO readiness, private equity-backed organizations, or high-growth environments.* CPA a plus.* Public accounting experience a plus along with Big Four or large regional firm experience.
