Job Description

We are looking for a revenue and operations-minded individual. As a Seasonal Event Coordinator, you will support the General Manager, Event Manager, or Deputy General Manager in executing company objectives at assigned properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proven success in event execution, and the ability to build relationships across industries. You should be able to synthesize key information and work effectively with colleagues.

This seasonal, full-time hourly role runs through December, with potential to transition into full-time, salaried employment. The Event Coordinator oversees and organizes events from conception to completion, requiring experience in live event management, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving. You will interface with clients, internal teams, and manage third-party vendors, performing efficiently under high pressure and demonstrating strong decision-making skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute premium events, including creating site maps, customer logs, signage, and catering setups.
  • Hire, train, and manage part-time event staff for game days.
  • Manage and motivate event staff such as bellhops, hosts, and security.
  • Facilitate weekly coordination meetings to align staff and prioritize operations.
  • Oversee operational processes like quality control and inventory management.
  • Maintain customer logs for communication and service improvement.
  • Build relationships with vendors for seamless collaboration.
  • Problem-solve before, during, and after events.
  • Secure and store assets properly between events.

Guest Experience

  • Provide excellent onsite customer service, addressing inquiries professionally.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance guest experiences during events.
