Job Summary
As the Manager, Event and Warehouse Operations, you will oversee the seamless execution of events and manage warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company objectives. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a team to deliver exceptional event experiences while maintaining high standards of warehouse management. Progression within this role depends on the overall revenue generated by your supervised warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Communicate company culture, boost morale, and set expectations with all direct reports through regular and effective communication.
- Lead event execution at partner sites, ensuring flawless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate Production Coordinators and hourly Installation Crew Members.
- Manage employee evaluations, providing constructive feedback and performance assessments.
- Develop and implement daily warehouse closing procedures and equipment maintenance routines.
- Coordinate weekly production meetings to facilitate scheduling and outline operational needs.
- Oversee processes such as quality control, inventory management, equipment maintenance, and transfers.
- Ensure vehicles are properly equipped and maintained for specific jobs.
- Establish and maintain a regular equipment maintenance schedule.
- Create weekly and 6-week production schedules to ensure events stay within budget.
- Schedule and record staff work hours, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Lead team during event setup involving tents, tables, chairs, AV equipment, etc.
- Oversee inventory and fleet management, conducting periodic counts and maintaining accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, implementing safety programs and compliance protocols.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in event management, logistics, or related field.
- Previous management or supervisory experience, preferably in event production or warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of sports and experience in coordinating in-person events is advantageous.
- Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset and results-driven attitude.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage and coach team members effectively.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform related tasks.
