Shalestone, Inc. in Odessa, TX seeks a hands-on Operations Associate to support daily reuse-facility tasks outdoors, often in varying weather. You will perform routine testing, basic repairs, leak fixes, forklift operation, and PPE-safe handling of materials.

About the Position

This position is responsible for supporting daily operations at a reuse facility.

• Routine testing and monitoring of ponds and facility equipment.
• Completing basic repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Identifying and repairing leaks, and assisting with chemical transfer.
• Operating forklift.
• Moving equipment and materials around the facility.
• Pressure washing, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and completing general housekeeping.

• Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

  • This is a physically demanding, hands-on position that requires employees to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, remain active for extended periods, and perform strenuous work during 14-hour shifts.
