Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a warehouse worker for a Shepherdsville, KY location. This contract role supports a busy returns operation in a high-volume environment, with responsibilities across loading, unloading, sorting, and packing.

Work is on-site on first or second shift, with pay ranging from $16.00 to $17.00 per hour. Applicants join a teamwork‑driven, safety‑conscious facility and will handle shipments, returns, and basic warehouse tasks while following established procedures.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
• Willingness to work on first or second shift.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload packages from trailers and trucks safely.
• Sort packages to correct destinations within the facility.
• Process returns and rework items as needed.
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
• Pick and pull orders using inventory procedures.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts where trained.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace in compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals.
